BATTERY CHARGING
House batteries: There is one bank 6 - 2 volt gel type 1200 amp
hours, installed in the keel sump where their weight contributes
to the
ballasting of the boat.
The generator is a 12.6 KW Westerbeke
with a hydraulic PTO. Each engine has two Balmar alternators - one
310 and the other a 90
amp, along with a 2500 watt inverter. HYDRAULICS
Primary and halyard winches, anchor windless, Leisure Furl boom,
Reckmann jib furler and Max bow thruster are all hydraulic powered
by the Max Power 24 volt power pack and generator PTO. The backstay,
inner forestay and boom vang are manually controlled using Navtec
systems.
